Caprese Salad

Balsamic Reduction Dressing

Balsamic Vinegar 100 ml (reduce to half)

Sugar 2 Tablespoon

White wine vinegar 2 tablespoon

Olive Oil 4 Tablespoon

Dijon Mustard 1 Tablespoon

Minced Garlic 1 Tablespoon


Tomatoes Heirloom/mixed

Mozzarella QS.

Salt Qs.

Pepper Qs.

Oregnano Qs.

Basil Qs.

Reduce balsamic vinegar mixed with sugar to half the amount. Stir in white wine vinegar olive oil, minced garlic and Dijon mustard.

Cut tomato and mozzarella to even thickness, place on plate. Garnish with oregano and basil. Season with salt and Pepper.
